Chile

Fritas de Quesco, Prawn Escabeche, Casuela de Ave and Tres Leches were the courses prepared and served up by Hilary and Richard for our foody visit to Chile. Our evening was great fun as interspersed between the wonderful food and wine, we tried to rescue a pigeon, which unfortunately didn’t survive (the sad bit); there was a vibrating chair which produced much hilarity, and a couple of Richard’s lovely watches which made their way home with one of our members.
