Our presentation at the end of October was by Charles and Chris who presented Italian wines from a small vineyard/producer from Le Marche region of Italy which they purchased on holiday. In Charles’s own words "this will really be a wine discovery evening" as they produce wines with some very specific Italian grapes.
April
April’s wine night was presented by Robert & Sheila entitled the Wine Society’s Champions. The night had a small attendance so the wine was flowing.
January
January’s presentation was a good way to start the year. We had a group presentation of six wines and also kept the cost down to below £7 per bottle which helped the group’s finances.
