Gareth produced a very delicious Store Cupboard (last minute) Christmas Pudding
August
Thanks to Ron and Irene for the delicious orange steam puddings with orange sauce and marmalade ice cream, followed by a rhubarb crumble and then some petit fours with coffee.
We also had from Sharon a decadent Chocolate Cheesecak
July
Our July meeting saw a departure form traditional English puddings, it being summer and all. We enjoyed a very berry pavlova followed by mango brulee
March
March saw us in Ireland (Beds that is, not the Emerald Isle!) where Caroline served us glasses of sloe gin by a roaring fire, followed by Spiced Apple Charlotte, then a Hot Citrus Pudding with lashings of cream. We finished up with cups of 'Ginger' tea. Thank you Caroline.
