March saw us in Ireland (Beds that is, not the Emerald Isle!) where Caroline served us glasses of sloe gin by a roaring fire, followed by Spiced Apple Charlotte, then a Hot Citrus Pudding with lashings of cream.  We finished up with cups of 'Ginger' tea.  Thank you Caroline.
