Meetings are being held on most Thursdays, and it is the intention to hold the odd meeting on another day of the week to suit the convenience of some members. Meetings start at 7.30pm and generally last about two hours. 

Meetings are mostly general conversation, but may include reading, translation and discussion about a chosen subject. Some of the meetings are expected to continue to benefit from the attendance of a native (Mexican) Spanish speaker.
