Brazilian Foods

Our Brazilian feast kicked off with the national drink of Cachaca which was made into Caipirinha Cocktails. Tomato and Coconut Soup with Brazilian Cheese Rolls were quite a hit with our guests with requests for the recipes afterwards.

The main course of Feijoada (pork and black bean stew) took about 3 days to prepare but was worth the effort and diners had the additional choice of a fish stew as well.

To finish, we managed to demolish 2 desserts both of which contained condensed milk (not something we are used to cooking with) but it was fun experimenting.
