Foods from Pakistan

Bob and Sue scoured the internet for recipes to bring us a feast from Pakistan.

Chicken Karahi, and Jhinga Biryani were the main courses and were accompanied by a variety of nan breads, rice and Sag Aloo. A delicious rice pudding called Kheer which is cooked for 3 hours was our main pudding along with a selection of Mithai (sweets). Apparently, no Pakistani Festival or celebration is complete without these amazing sweets.
