Whipsnade Tree Cathedral

Whipsnade Tree Cathedral

Thursday, 20 October 2016

The Tree Cathedral was created after the First World War as a memorial to fallen comrades in the spirit of 'faith, hope and reconciliation'. Trees, hedges and shrubs are planted in the form of a mediaeval cathedral. We will be visiting in the morning by car share followed by lunch at a nearby pub.

Please phone Susan Mellor on 01462 456486 for further details if you would like to come along.
