Crowds have flocked to Standalone Junction since the farm reopened! It is a real pleasure to see the enjoyment expressed by visitors young and old viewing the recent redevelopment of the west end. As we promised, the new red engine duly arrived but has had some engine trouble. I think our Tom has had a few words and our fat controller is speaking to him. It won't be long before he is back running smoothly!

The layouts inside the clubhouse are progressing well and the club now extends an invitation to all visitors to come in and see our efforts. Many people think of railway enthusiasts as an unusual bunch (!) but we're not! Do come and see for yourselves. We consider our layouts are real works of art, 3D without the need for glasses and with moving images.
