Our May meeting was a ‘Matching Food and Wine’ meal at the Indulge Restaurant at the Centre for the Arts in Hitchin when a selection of French wines from The Wine Society were matched to the French Night theme evening menu.

Thanks to the fantastic service provided by the Catering and Hospitality students and staff, we had a most enjoyable night and I’m sure we will want to try something similar next year.
